Is my data safe?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted, and we never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I verify a visit?
When you arrive at a matched merchant, open the app and tap "Verify Visit." We'll use your location to confirm you're at the business.
How do merchants get matched?
Merchants create profiles with their offerings. Our AI matches their services with user intents. Merchants only pay when verified visits occur.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account, or visit our Account Deletion page.
How do I report a problem with a merchant?
Open the merchant profile and tap the menu icon (three dots), then select "Report." You can report issues like incorrect information, inappropriate content, or safety concerns.
How do I block a merchant?
From the merchant profile, tap the menu icon and select "Block." Blocked merchants won't appear in your matches or search results.
How can I become a merchant?
Download the app and select "I'm a Business" during onboarding. You'll need to provide your business details and verify your location.
